We also counsel business owners in many of the legal issues surrounding their businesses.
  • Construction law — We represent both contractors and homeowners in matters pertaining to construction defects, consumer fraud and other construction law issues. We have experience filing and discharging mechanic's liens and drafting construction contracts to minimize both homeowners' and contractors' exposure to liability.
  • Personal injury — We focus our personal injury practice on recovering full and fair compensation for the victims of motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, defective products and unsafe property conditions.
