Michael focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation matters and serves as Of Counsel to the firm. He has represented sophisticated entities and individuals from inception to trial in federal and state courts in a wide variety of civil matters, including business disputes, construction litigation and financial services litigation. He has also completed internal investigations and worked closely with government regulators.
After law school, Michael worked as a litigation associate at several New Jersey firms as well as Greenberg Traurig, LLP -- one of the largest law firms in the country. Michael also served as a Special Assistant to the Attorney General of New Jersey for two years. Most recently, Michael was a partner at a New Jersey-based law firm with offices throughout the country.
